With several organizations working towards a sustainable environment, each concentrating on specific sectors such as solid waste management, water management, sanitation, renewable energy, and building envelope design, there is a need to consolidate these activities to have a holistic approach in facilitating the greening of the building industry.

The Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC) is established as a non-stock, non-profit organization that aims to introduce environmentally sensitive practices in the way we design, build and manage the built environment. The organization’s members are the Philippines’ champion of industry’s green building best practice. The PHILGBC is the premier forum where green building ideas will be formulated, tested and promoted.

As a coalition of leaders from every sector of the building industry, the PHILGBC is extensively working at promoting buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.

The Council would like to invite you to become a member of the PHILGBC. We believe with your company’s vast knowledge and experience, you can be part of our roster of GREEN Champions.

Share your green building expertise and insight, and help shape the priorities of tomorrow.
